Calcium May Curb Your Appetite
According to research in the British Journal Of Nutrition, boosting your calcium intake may help curb your appetite and help you to lose weight. Researchers believe the brain compensates for a calcium deficiency in the body by initiating hunger to encourage eating foods with calcium.

I eat all the items on this photo, almost daily, plus I take a calcium supplement, daily. I never realized that I must crave calcium, and I also manage to stay within two-three pounds, of my target weight, year-round. Exercising with weights helps of course. Great post.
