What You Can Do To Keep Our Planet Healthy
The resources on our planet are not infinite. As our population continues to grow, more and more resources are used. Today is Earth Day. It is our wake up call to realize more effort is needed, by all of us, to keep our planet healthy. It's easy to think that what you do every day, does not really make that much difference, because you don't notice the results. But when thousands, millions, of other people are doing the same thing, the impact is huge. Make a commitment today to keep our planet healthy.
Some simple things you can do now:
Unplug your cell phone charger.
File your taxes electronically.
Choose goods made from green materials.
Recycle your cell phone.
Buy local foods.
Kick the plastic bag habit. Use tote bags.
Take shorter showers.
Turn off the faucet while you brush your teeth.
Recycle.
Rent a green car when you travel.
Unplug appliances not in use.
